  • Personal Training for Two-This is a popular package because you can work out with a friend or partner, cut your costs down and have continued support. Our trainers can customize a “training for two” program.
  • Eating Plans-Trainers in the BC Personal Training Network can customize a monthly eating plan for you based on your particular needs, food likes and dislikes and desired goals. Healthy eating combined with exercise and support will double your chances of success.
  • Sport Specific Training-The trainers at BC Personal Training have experience in improving your game whether that is golf, baseball, basketball or any other sport. We can customize a program that will improve your particular sport motion (swing, jump, etc…) and improve your agility, power and endurance.
  • Corporate Exercise Programs-BC Personal Training Network has trainers who are experienced in working with corporations and setting up programs for employees.
