Free Personal Training Consultation
All of our trainers offer a free consultation to try and determine a few things. BC personal trainers don’t just rush in and set you up a program. Firstly, we want to make sure that we can work well together. Not everyone is compatible. Secondly, we want know more about you. Do you already exercise and in what way? What is your schedule like? We don’t want to set up an exercise routine that doesn’t fit your daily life. We also want to know more about what your goals are and where you want an exercise program to take you. Are you training for a specific sport? Maybe you want to loose weight for an upcoming wedding. Thirdly, we always offer a free consultation so that you can ask us some questions.
A BC personal trainer will take the time to come to you and determine what routine would work best to reach your desired your goals. The relationship between a trainer and their client is just that; a relationship and both parties should be comfortable with each other.
