Hello. My name is Sarah Shoemaker and I am a personal trainer based in White Rock. My philosophy is simple, I believe in having fun while setting and achieving realistic goals for better health. I believe it is most important to enjoy what you are doing and to teach the tools necessary to make positive changes. Physical activity must be a part of everyday life. My mission statement is to make a positive impact in the lives of others by sharing my education and experiences on how to reach clients’ fullest potential.

I have been studying human movement and anatomy, fitness testing, program design and the overall well being of the human condition for 3 years and am continuing to broaden my knowledge in and surrounding fields of health and fitness. I am a registered Personal Trainer, I am trained in Occupational First Aid and Third Age. The opportunity to facilitate change in people’s lives allowing them to lead healthier and more productive lives is a privilege. I have a passion for the study of gerontology exercises in the hopes of improving the quality of life and prolonging the lives of the older adult population. As a believer in developing the human potential I have participated in a number of long distant running events, practice resistance training, hiking and yoga.

We make it easy for you by bringing fitness to you. We keep you motivated and on track by making sure you complete a safe and effective workout. You can exercise with one of our personal trainers when it is convenient for you, in the privacy of your own home. All we ask is about 6ft by 6ft of floor space and a solid 50-55 minutes of your time.
