It is my career purpose to enhance the quality of leadership in the health and fitness industry by providing students with the knowledge, training, and resources necessary for them to explore their dreams and aspire towards their goals. Teaching is my strongest passion, and I consider it my responsibility, as a true educator, to continually improve my teaching performance, skills and teaching techniques. I enjoy searching to create innovative teaching processes that will allow students to take a quantum leap in learning. I fulfill this responsibility by continually developing educational literature, seminars and courses for fitness professionals that are informative, up-to-date, entertaining, and well researched.

Cathie has many focuses in her training, from acute rehabilitation cases to elite athletes. Cathie administers our Genetic Exercise Analysis Tests (Sub Max VO2 and Resting Metabolic Rate). This allows her to develop precise programs that are very specific to each clients own genetic potential and their physiological abilities. Sylvain is a Certified Personal Trainer, with the high standards of the British Columbia Recreation and Parks, and is ACSM trained (American College of Sports Medicine).
Sylvain has worked with people from all fitness levels. He is trained to help people with a vast range of health issues. In addition he trained to help in the post rehabilitation for people with spinal, knee, and shoulder injuries. Sylvain believes in working closely with the Health Care providers, and has develops an extensive referral network of health and fitness professionals.
More commonly, Sylvain has helped many people breaking their fitness plateaus, achieved new levels of fitness & performance, and most of all, feel great! Chris King is both a Canadian and International Certified Personal Trainer. As owner and operator of RJ Kinetics, Chris’ specialty is In-Home Personal Training where clients no longer have to travel to the gym to get in shape; they have their trainer come to them.
Originally from Montreal, QC and after living in Ottawa, ON for 4 years, Chris moved to British Columbia to continue his passion for teaching and training fitness. We make it easy for you by bringing fitness to you. We keep you motivated and on track by making sure you complete a safe and effective workout. You can exercise with one of our personal trainers when it is convenient for you, in the privacy of your own home. All we ask is about 6ft by 6ft of floor space and a solid 50-55 minutes of your time.
