TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Customizable payment plans available for weekly or monthly training. Ask for details.
- Post dated cheques for payments are acceptable for personal training sessions. However, they must be written and cashable in consecutive months for no more than 12 months from the date of your first training sessions calendar month and year. 6 sessions are for 6 payments within 6 months etc.
- Training will not commence until first payment is made by cash, or is cleared by cheque.
- Cash payment or post dated cheque are acceptable. H.S.T. must be added to the total price for any package chosen. However, as a bonus, if you pay cash for the entire package all at once, the H.S.T. will be absorbed by the trainer. Group rates are available for further discounts, ask for details.
- N.S.F. Cheques will result in a $50 service charge to be paid to the trainer on top of payment due.
- Sessions trained cannot go ahead of sessions paid for and are 1 hour each. Any additional time will count against session time purchased.
- All packages have a 12 month expiry date from date of purchase.
- Sessions are non refundable or transferable.
- Discount packages are 1 per person with a maximum of 3 total sessions at that price.
- Clients are responsible for writing down and remembering appointment dates and times.
- 24 hour notice to the trainer of cancellation and or rescheduling is required or you lose the session.

About Fitness on the Go
We make it easy for you by bringing fitness to you. We keep you motivated and on track by making sure you complete a safe and effective workout. You can exercise with one of our personal trainers when it is convenient for you, in the privacy of your own home. All we ask is about 6ft by 6ft of floor space and a solid 50-55 minutes of your time.
