Chris King is both a Canadian and International Certified Personal Trainer. As owner and operator of RJ Kinetics, Chris’ specialty is In-Home Personal Training where clients no longer have to travel to the gym to get in shape; they have their trainer come to them.

Originally from Montreal, QC and after living in Ottawa, ON for 4 years, Chris moved to British Columbia to continue his passion for teaching and training fitness. From Montreal to Vancouver, he has had the privilege of helping hundreds of individuals accomplish their health and fitness goals. From fat loss and strength & muscle gain, to group fitness classes and rehabilitation, Chris brings the experience and trust that comes within having worked with people of all ages.

You can exercise with one of our personal trainers when it is convenient for you, in the privacy of your own home. All we ask is about 6ft by 6ft of floor space and a solid 50-55 minutes of your time.
