My methods are based in sound practice, not the newest fad. However; I keep workouts fun and interesting. I have worked with elite athletes as well as seniors and clients with various conditions (arthritis, multiple sclerosis, scoliosis, post-stroke). My client base is equally split between men and women. I train one-on-one and in small groups. The session itself generally focuses on strength training that targets the clients’ needs (i.e. calorie burning, anaerobic conditioning, body-sculpting, power, injury rehab etc..) plus some stretching.
Although I prefer working with my clients at the North Vancouver gym, I also visit clients at their residence to train there on occasion. My rates are very reasonable as I do not want to make personal training cost-prohibitive. Training in small groups can lower the cost. Selecting a 30 minute session is also a way to save money.
